We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached, to be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID, and our team will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or bank account.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty on arrival.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour instead? Let us know when you initiate your return and we’ll ship the replacement once the original item is received.
